OPINION – Endorsement: In 13th district, re-elect Rashida Tlaib
Rashida Tlaib won election to the U.S. House of Representatives in 2018 by a narrow margin. Among a crowded field of credible candidates, we believed that Tlaib, an attorney, activist and veteran state lawmaker, was the best choice to represent Michigan’s 13th District, the seat long held by the late, legendary U.S. Rep. John Conyers.
